is the key to a positive and successful transaction!
One of the first steps
in purchasing a home is finding a Realtor you are comfortable
with. This makes the process of buying a home much less complicated
for you as a buyer. It is easier to deal with one person that
can represent you and knows what your housing needs are rather
than making time consuming calls to different agents to learn
about properties for sale. I have the ability, by being a member
of the Multiple Listing Service, to attain information on and
show you any property you might drive by or see advertised.
As your Realtor, I will set up all appointments to view properties
and answer any questions you may have on the properties. Through
the MLS, I will search daily for new properties that may be
of interest to you.
I highly recommend
starting your financial pre-qualification as soon as possible.
This will assure you of what price range of home you can qualify
for based on your income, expenses, and credit history. There
will be a charge of approximately $65.00 at the time of loan
application to the lender for you to obtain pre-approval. Pre-approval
can be a tremendous negotiating factor in purchasing a home.
If you have not yet chosen a lender, I have several people I
could recommend through experience in working with them. I will
also check rates and costs for you to assure they are competitive.
I will provide you with an estimate of costs for purchasing
a home in the price range you are looking for.
When we locate the
property you wish to purchase, I will prepare and explain the
Purchase Agreement to your satisfaction. Once we have negotiated
your proposal, if necessary, and have an accepted contract,
I will guide you through the following: property inspections,
coordinating your title work through a licensed and bonded title
company, and advising you through the complete transaction.
As your Realtor, I
will do all that I can to find the perfect property for you.
I do ask one thing of all my clients, and that is loyalty. I
will work diligently for you and spend as much time as needed
to find what you are looking for, but I need to know that if
I am doing my job to your satisfaction, that I will be your
Realtor.
