Once we input property information into the MLS, over 2,500 Realtors in Oklahoma City receive pertinent information on your property to pass on to perspective buyers.

At Realtor.com, buyers and sellers can search for and view houses, access financing options, community information, and much more all in the privacy of their home. The internet has become a huge part of our real estate business. We market our listings on www.realtor.com, www.realestate.yahoo.com, and www.excite.com with full color pictures and an extensive description of the property. We feature a picture of your property in our featured homes ad on Realtor.com, this makes yours the first house anyone sees when they pull up Norman, Oklahoma listings. We also offer virtual tours and/or a link to a page with as many pictures as necessary to display the property. Not everyone is on the internet, and we know other types of advertising is necessary to reach the full market place. We market our listings every week in The Norman Transcript Real Estate Section, and any other area papers that will be a benefit to the property. We have a full color page in the monthly Norman Living Magazine with property pictures. We mail out property information to the surrounding area. We have a flyer and color picture featured at our Sooner Fashion Mall office. Over 3 million people visit the Sooner Fashion Mall each year, and our mall office is a favorite place to stop and see what's going on in the housing market.
